    Terms & Policies:
    1. Fees
    Tuition Fees: The annual fee is $1,200 paid quarterly at $300 per quarter, covering 44 classes per calendar year, one class of 90 mins per week. A class calendar for the year will be provided at the beginning of the year. Any changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp. Invoices are sent on the second day of the first month of each quarter. Payments are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise arranged. Non-payment may result in the inability to attend future classes. Refunds: Refunds are generally not available after the session begins, except in cases of medical emergencies or instructor-led cancellations. Makeup Class Policy: Makeup classes are offered based on slot availability. A makeup class scheduler app is provided to reschedule your classes.

    2. Supplies and Materials
    Required Materials: Students must bring materials specified by the instructor, such as sketchbooks, pencils, paints, or other items listed in the course syllabus. By adhering to these policies, students contribute to a productive and enjoyable art class environment where creativity and learning can thrive. Sources

    3. Health and Safety
    • Personal Safety: Students should use all tools and materials safely, following the instructor’s guidance, especially when handling potentially hazardous items.
    • Approved Items Only: Essential Learning Materials: Bring only necessary items required for class, such as specified art supplies and notebooks.
    • Prohibited Items: Items that could pose a risk or distract from learning, like sharp objects and certain electronic devices, are not allowed.
    • Parental Responsibility: Conduct Regular Checks: Parents/guardians should ensure their child's belongings comply with this policy before each class.
    • Instructor Liability: Instructors will not check or count items brought to class and are not liable for any items students bring.
    • Confiscation of Non-Compliant Items: Prohibited or unnecessary items found during class will be confiscated and securely stored. These items will be returned to the parent or guardian at the end of the day.
    4. No Food Policy: To prevent exposure to allergens and minimize distractions, no food is permitted in the classroom. Ensure your child does not bring any food items to class. 5. Surveillance Camera Policy Classroom Surveillance: The studio may be monitored by surveillance cameras for safety and security. Recordings are used solely for the protection of students, instructors, and studio property. Privacy Assurance: Recorded footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and not shared unless required for security purposes. 6. Art Showcase and Privacy Display Permission: Occasionally, artwork may be featured in showcases or exhibits. Students (or guardians, if under 18) may opt out if they prefer not to participate. Photographs and Videos: If classes include photography or video documentation, prior consent will be obtained, and usage will adhere to privacy standards.
